Fall is in the air, so it’s fitting that the Beverage Manager of New York City Nobu locations, Adrian Cannatello, would create a berry lovely cocktail.
The Pisco Mora cocktail was inspired by Adrian’s time in Miami, but it could only be enjoyed at the bar at the New York locations through the month of October, until now.
Blackberries combine with lime and Macchu Pisco, and a touch of wholesome sweetness is added from Demerara Sugar. The drink pairs well with tiradito or any anticucho skewer. Or you can just sip it while thinking of warmer climates.
3 Lime Wedges
2 teaspoons Demerara Sugar
2 oz. Macchu Pisco
Combine ingredients and muddle together. Shake, strain and serve in a rocks glass with crushed ice.
