Cocktail of the Month: Smokin’ Aces

Created at Nobu Miami Beach by Loubi Desinor, the Smokin’ Aces cocktail features Mezcal, chili liqueur, agave, and fresh cantaloupe, with grapefruit bitters and fresh lemon brightening up the drink. As of June 1st, the Smokin’ Aces cocktail is available at all US Nobu locations, so order this perfect summer beverage the next time you dine with us.

Ingredients:

Pierde Almas Mezcal
Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
Fresh Cantaloupe Puree
Agave Nectar
Grapefruit Bitters
Half Press Fresh Lemon

Garnish:

Cantaloupe wheel, 1/2 dusted with shichimi
