Lemon Vine: Citrus Cocktail

Light citrus, ginger notes, and a hint of grapes – a great aperitif with citrus-based dishes, such as ceviche and tiradito.


½ freshly squeezed lemon
4-5 muddled grapes
½ oz ginger liqueur 
2 oz junmai sake
½ oz limoncello 

Muddle the grapes. Add the sake, ginger liqueur, limoncello, and lemon juice. Shake over ice and pour mixture into a cocktail flute.
